What data we collect
Contact form submissions
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you submit. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our content. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is processed by Google LLC under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No cookies are used for advertising or tracking purposes beyond Google Analytics.
Legal basis for processing
Contact form data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding site performance (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months or until the matter is resolved, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings.
Third parties
We share data with the following third parties:

- Calendly: if you book a call via our Calendly link, Calendly's own privacy policy applies.
