Do I need the Foundation before the retainer?
Yes. The retainer is designed to compound on a properly structured site. Foundation builds that structure first. If your site already has strong architecture and content, a pre-engagement audit will confirm whether you can start at the retainer stage.
My site already exists. Does Foundation still apply?
In most cases yes, because existing sites typically have keyword gaps, missing schema, and unoptimised metadata. Foundation addresses all of that. The scope is the same whether the site is new or established.
What does the monthly retainer look like week to week?
Mostly background work: tracking keyword movements, pushing near-ranking pages, writing and publishing content, and updating schema as your practice changes. You receive a report each month with the data and the next three priorities.
